Judge Dimple Malhotra is the first Indian American and first female Asian American elected judge in Travis County history.
Judge Malhotra brings over 20 years of experience in the field of domestic violence to the bench. She also brings a new perspective to the Travis County judicial system as an immigrant and an Asian American female.

This court handles misdemeanor domestic violence cases, sexual assault protective orders, and the Phoenix Court diversion program to assist those facing prostitution charges.
